Cliffside’s experienced social workers offer emotional support and reassurance for clients and their families upon admission to the facility, easing the transition to the facility.Regular visits by social workers provide the opportunity for clients to discuss their feelings and concerns.

Psychological counseling services are available for additional support and guidance.

Social workers maintain an ongoing rapport with families to alleviate concerns and to keep them well informed. Social workers are actively involved in discharge planning, ensuring that clients’ transitions back to their homes in the community are as smooth as possible.
