Payment Methods

We accept private-pay and participate in all third-party payment programs including Medicare and Medicaid, and participate with major managed care organizations and HMO’s. Arrangements can always be made with any HMO at your request, subject to the HMO eligibility requirements.

Help with Medicaid/Medicare Applications

Our financial assistance office will gladly consult with potential applicants, and assist with the preparation and submission of the Medicaid applications of the client. Please contact our admissions department at (718) 886-0700 ext. 111.
