Dear Cliffside,

This letter is in regards to my grandmother, N.S. who was at Cliffside as a ventilator dependant patient.

I am writing this note in appreciation for the excellent care that was given to my grandmother in the last 3 ½ months of her life.

I have been an RN for the past 17 years and I know how hard “our” job is. I was greatly impressed, especially that she was out of bed, and her skin was in excellent condition with not one bit of breakdown.

I commend the nursing staff for the great job that they are doing. After my weekly visit it always was a comfort to me that she was in the hands of truly professional caring people.

I will always be thankful she was in your care.
